hmm idk this didn't hit the same spot as the other games, the mechanic of being to instant kill one slime didn't really play a large part in the puzzle deduction, it was mostly just killing the largest enemy with the instant kill. and the puzzles weren't that good either this time tbh, most of them had pretty clear (and loose) solutions, but it's for a game jam, so all's good! maybe post game jam version? i'll admit the ending is cool though :)
Yeah, I talked about the mechanic below - if I’m honest, I made this one to prove to myself I could still make puzzle games in really short amounts of time. I suppose I have proved that, but you can see how the quality suffers as a result, can’t you?
I liked this a lot but my one small critique is that your one-time ability to do infinite damage was mostly inconsequential in deducing the solution to a puzzle. In most cases it was fairly quick to figure out what it needed to be used on and it was basically irrelevant to the solving process from there.
That aside, I liked the simple visuals, and there were some solid puzzles. I especially liked the last puzzle because there were definitive problem spots that needed to be explored in depth and it was easy to experiment.
Yeah, I'll concede that the mechanic was implemented mainly so that it would fit the jam's theme; in a retake, I'd likely scrap it. I'm glad you enjoyed anyhow!

This was a fun puzzle game and I was able to complete it in under an hour. I also enjoyed the theme of it.
10/10 Great game. Not too hard, not too easy, I enjoyed very much.
I managed to beat this one all on my own! Felt about the same difficulty as A Rat in Cheesetown
Is there a way to spare the king slime? I guess you could just quit the game, but I want to see an ending.
Thank you for the opportunity to save your kingdom!
cool game and good mechanics
Fun game! Had some lag spikes towards the end of the game.

I also thought that the ending was cute. :)
